Here is the exact 30-day protocol you must follow to qualify:

Attach a Day 0 video (15–30 seconds), good natural lighting, hair clean and air-dried (no styling products), showing front, sides, and ends clearly. This is your baseline — without it, no refund can be processed.
2. Apply the Bond Gloss Mask 2 times per week for 4 weeks (8 applications minimum). Follow the instructions on the packaging exactly — correct dose, correct pose time, correct rinse. If you're unsure about your hair type or how to adapt the protocol, reply to our welcome email and our team will guide you personally within 24 hours.
3. Weekly check-in videos (4 minimum — Weeks 1, 2, 3, 4). Every 7 days, record a short video (10–20 seconds) with a visible, unaltered timestamp (phone clock on screen, or a sheet of paper with today's date written on it, in frame). Hair must be clean, air-dried, and shown from the same three angles as Day 0.
4. Day 30 submission. On day 30, record a final video (30–60 seconds) in the same lighting and angles as Day 0. Email contact@maybe-paris.co with all 6 videos (Day 0 + 4 weekly + final) plus a short written description of what you experienced and why you believe the product didn't work for you.
5. Verification and approval. Our team reviews every submission within 7 business days. We check that (a) the person is the same across videos, (b) timestamps are real and unaltered, (c) no AI-generated, deepfaked, or digitally modified media has been submitted, (d) the usage protocol was respected.
6. Refund. Once approved, your full purchase price is refunded to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

What voids the guarantee:

• Fewer than 4 weekly videos, or a missing Day 0 baseline video
• Gaps longer than 10 days between applications
• Fewer than 8 documented applications across the 30 days
• Edited, AI-generated, filtered, or digitally manipulated videos/photos
• Submitting after the 30-day guarantee window has closed (day 31+)
• Use of other intensive hair treatments (keratin services, chemical straightening, bleach, other bond-repair treatments) during the trial — these interfere with the results and make attribution impossible

If you simply change your mind about your Bond Gloss Mask and haven't opened it, you can return the unused, sealed product within 30 days of purchase for a refund of the product cost (shipping fees non-refundable — see below).

This applies only to unopened products. Once the seal is broken or the mask has been applied, only the documented 30-day protocol refund above is available.

To qualify for a return:

• Products must be new and unused, with all tags, seals, and original packaging intact — for full product integrity and sanitary compliance. Returns that do not meet these conditions will be subject to a partial refund.
• Proof of purchase is required (order number or confirmation email).
• The customer is responsible for return handling and shipping costs. We recommend a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.
• Items must arrive at our nearest warehouse within 30 days of the delivery date confirmed by the shipping company.

• Handling and shipping fees are non-refundable. If a refund is processed, the cost of shipping and returning the item to our warehouse will be deducted from the total refund amount.
• Orders with incorrect or incomplete addresses that cannot be delivered are not eligible for a refund.
• We are not liable for packages lost or damaged in transit once they are with the carrier.
• If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 5–10 business days, minus any non-refundable costs.
• Expedited processing, shipping, and insurance costs are not refundable.

If you wish to return an item because you purchased the wrong product, changed your mind, or want to exchange, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

We're committed to resolving such issues with a free replacement — no return needed. Please note that we are not responsible for damages caused by the shipping company (loss in transit, etc.).

To begin a return, please contact contact@maybe-paris.co with your order number and reason for return. Do not send your purchase back to us without prior approval — returns not following our protocol will not be accepted.

Our team will respond within 24 business hours with the return address and next steps.

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, before they are processed by our warehouse. After this window, orders ship and must follow the standard return process.
