These Terms of Service govern your use of us.maybe-paris.co and purchases made through the site. The store is operated by BRM AGENCY LTD, company number 16063512, whose registered office is at 2nd Floor College House, 17 King Edwards Road, Ruislip, London, United Kingdom, HA4 7AE. “MAYBE PARIS”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to BRM AGENCY LTD in connection with this store.

1. Agreement and eligibility

By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and, when you select a recurring purchase option, our Subscription Policy. You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and provide accurate billing, shipping and contact information.

2. Accounts

An account is optional and is not required to check out. If you create one, you are responsible for keeping your access credentials secure and for activity carried out through your account. Contact us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

3. Products and information

We make reasonable efforts to describe our products, ingredients, sizes and intended use accurately. Screen display and individual cosmetic results may vary. Product information is provided for general cosmetic use and is not medical advice. Use products only as directed and stop use if irritation occurs.

4. Prices, promotions and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars. Applicable taxes, discounts and shipping charges are shown at checkout before payment. Promotions are subject to the terms displayed with the offer and may not be combined unless expressly stated. You authorize us and our payment providers to charge the payment method selected at checkout for the final order total.

We may correct genuine pricing, description or availability errors before accepting an order. If an affected payment has already been captured and we cannot fulfil the order on the corrected basis with your agreement, we will cancel the affected item and issue the applicable refund.

5. Orders and cancellation

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order. We may decline or cancel an order where a product is unavailable, information is materially incorrect, payment is not authorized, fraud is reasonably suspected or a quantity appears intended for unauthorized resale.

You may request cancellation within 12 hours of placing an order, before warehouse processing begins, by emailing contact@maybe-paris.co with your order number. After that point, our Refund Policy applies.

6. Shipping and delivery

Orders are fulfilled through our logistics partners. Our current estimated delivery time for standard US orders is 4–7 business days. Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees and may be affected by carriers, customs, weather and other events outside our reasonable control.

Standard shipping is currently free for orders of USD 55 or more and USD 3.95 below that threshold. The rates and estimates shown at checkout for your address control if they differ. You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and should contact us promptly if tracking shows a delivery issue.

7. Returns, refunds and guarantee

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Unopened cosmetics may be returned under the conditions stated there. Opened cosmetics are not returnable unless they qualify for the documented 30-day money-back guarantee or are damaged, defective or incorrect.

The documented 30-day money-back guarantee applies to a first eligible purchase containing exactly one Bond Gloss Mask, including the initial order placed when first enrolling in a subscription, provided that the order is not a bundle or multipack. It requires the complete dated photo and video protocol stated in the Refund Policy. Later subscription renewals are not eligible. The Refund Policy controls the evidence requirements, review process, refund options and processing times.

8. Subscriptions

Where a recurring purchase option is offered, the product, quantity, price, discount, billing frequency, delivery frequency and other terms displayed for the selected plan and at checkout form part of your order. Subscriptions renew automatically and recurring charges continue until future renewals are cancelled.

To cancel future renewals, email contact@maybe-paris.co from the email address used for the order and include your order number before the next recurring charge is processed. The timestamp of your email controls if our handling is delayed. An order already charged, processed or shipped cannot be cancelled retroactively. Full terms are set out in our Subscription Policy.

9. Intellectual property and acceptable use

The MAYBE PARIS name, logos, product presentation, site design, copy, images and other store content are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the site for personal shopping only. You must not reproduce, scrape, resell or exploit our content, interfere with site security, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorized access or use the site for unlawful activity.

10. Third-party services

The site may include services or links operated by third parties, including payment, account, tracking and social platforms. Their own terms and privacy notices may apply to your use of those services.

11. Availability and mandatory rights

We may update, suspend or discontinue site features or products and do not promise that the site will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable mandatory consumer rights.

12. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to our services, operations or legal obligations. The current version and its update date will be posted on this page. Changes apply prospectively unless applicable law requires otherwise.
