Subscription Policy

This policy applies when you select a recurring purchase option on us.maybe-paris.co. Please read it together with our Refund Policy.

Your subscription

The product, quantity, price, any discount, billing frequency, delivery frequency and other terms shown for the plan you select and at checkout form part of your order. Those displayed terms control your subscription.

Your subscription renews automatically. By completing checkout, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method at the displayed frequency until you cancel future renewals. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are calculated for each recurring order.

Cancelling future renewals

To cancel future renewals, email contact@maybe-paris.co from the email address used for your order and include your order number.

Your cancellation is effective for future renewals if your request is sent before the next recurring charge is processed. If our internal handling is delayed, the time your email was sent will control. An order that has already been charged, processed or shipped cannot be cancelled retroactively and is governed by our Refund Policy.

Payment failures

If a recurring payment fails, we or our subscription and payment providers may notify you and ask you to update your payment method. Any retry information will be stated in the notice sent for your subscription.

Returns, refunds and the 30-day money-back guarantee

The initial order placed when you first enroll in a subscription may qualify for our 30-day money-back guarantee if it contains exactly one Bond Gloss Mask and is not a bundle or multipack. Later renewal orders, bundles, multipacks and orders containing more than one Bond Gloss Mask are not eligible for this guarantee.

To qualify, you must complete the documented 30-day protocol and meet the other conditions in our Refund Policy. The evidence requirements, review process, refund options and processing times are set out there. Cancelling a subscription does not automatically refund an order.

Changes

We may change future subscription offers. If a change applies to an existing subscription, we will provide any notice required by applicable law before it takes effect. A change does not alter an order that has already been processed without your agreement.
